Obviously the weights of restaurant portions is going to vary from the sample they tests at the lab to establish the calorie count. not even sure why that guy wasted his time doing that research.

I thought the way to lose the "freshman butt" was to become a sophomore ? No ? Calorie deficit it is then. 20 pounds will require 70,000 calorie deficit, that is a pretty large sum to just wing. Using MFP to Count them meal by meal and day by day breaks the task down into a manageable task.

Pretty sure the message stipulates ifeveryday were like today, in other words your pace for today was XxX. It does not say you Will weigh xxx because of what you ate today. The message requires a degree of reading comprehension.

If your life is so busy you have not budgeted time to actually consume life sustataing food then your issues are well beyond the scope of Internet forums. Just out of curiousity, do you set aside time to use a toilet or have you found a time saving method of dealing with that as well ?
