I LOVED the books and am excited to see it on the big screen. My daughter told me about it. She has recommended it to her 6th grade students. And I have shared it with friends.

I spray bleach or ammonia on the door (neighborhood cats like my front door). Give it a few days then wash off. Seems to have helped. Also works to keep animals out of garbage cans.

I have to agree with the crowd here. I just do it and sometimes I get a surge of energy and sometimes not. But at least I get a workout in. The guilt of NOT working out is too much for me to bear most days! :embarassed:

I am at level 2 day 6. I LOVE IT!! I sweat just as much, if not more, in those 20 minutes than I do on the elliptical. I took measurements before and am excited to see what they are after. Push-ups are not my friend :laugh: but I do the best I can. I have mananged to do more with each day. So I am taking that as my NSV!!…

count me in! Fridays are my day to weigh anyway! Last Friday 149.3 Today 146.3 But going through some sort of relationship issues this month - normally not this much in a week. I usually do a pound or so a week. Just gonna put my head down and keep going.

DirecTv used to have FitTV. I got started on there. I have a few shows still on my TiVo but sure do hate that it is gone. Now I do Biggest Loser DVDs or Jillian Michaels. Not the same but does the trick. Good luck.
