You look awesome! Great job!

I fell off the bandwagon for a whole week for Thanksgiving. 1 cheat day turned into 7. I got back on track last Wednesday and I'm already back to my pre-Thanksgiving weight, plus I lost an additional 1.8 lbs. Just keep your head up and keep moving forward.

This. If I was craving something, I ate it.

Quinoa

Rotisserie chicken and those frozen vegetables that come in steam packets

Feel free to add me. I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago. I started at 364 lbs in July and I'm at 321 now. I was a vegetarian for a long time but that was making things much worse, so I recently started a low carb high protein diet and it's helping so much.

Good job!

I've never noticed it make a difference either way. Are you currently taking anything else?

I'm 5'4" and I feel short. I'm the tallest woman in my family so when I'm with them I feel like a giant, but my legs are so damn short and I'm constantly struggling to reach things when I'm shopping.

You look so great!

Congratulations! You're such an inspiration! :)

Nice job!

Going alone. I only trust myself.

Exactly what Paige682 said. I tend to make recipes more than once, so once I log it, it's super easy the next time. You should still be weighing your pre-packaged food to make sure you're getting the correct serving size. Even then, they're allowed a certain degree inaccuracy on the nutrition label.

You look amazing!!!

I would. Never let one bad thing outweigh the positives. As long as it was in a safe neighborhood I would take it.
-
I would watch Ghostbusters with anyone, so... yes.

I don't think anyone here has "free time to eat healthy all day". We just do it.

You look so amazing!

It really isn't your place to say anything. I guess it depends on how close you are. Losing weight by only eating vegetables isn't really sustainable anyway.

Coming from someone who has been overweight since childhood, I have to disagree with the people saying not to put him on a diet and not to encourage him to lose weight. I WISH my parents would have done this with me. I probably wouldn't be struggling with it now if I had learned my lessons then. I wasted so many years of…

This completely. I can only eat homemade food if I make it myself or if I'm visiting my parents. The thought of eating something made in someone else's kitchen just horrifies me. I know I should probably be even more concerned about restaurants but I'm not. I guess I'm just convinced that a restaurant kitchen has to be…

100%. My job is great but I'm so sick of this city I live in and my horrible neighbors. I dread going home at night. It's completely exhausting.

I fractured my wrist and don't even know what happened to it. I woke up one morning and couldn't move it. After a few days I went to the doctor, found a fracture on the x-ray. Still have no idea how I did it.
-
Feel free to add me. I still have about 200 left to lose and I check in every day.

I love chocolate and ice cream, but hate chocolate ice cream. I love oranges, but orange juice makes me gag.
-
I hate tomatoes but will eat things made out of them. Salsa I can eat if it's thin, but if the tomato is chunky I won't touch it. I also hate eating foods that squeak on my teeth, like frozen asparagus, canned green beans, etc. But I'll eat all of those fresh.

I weigh every day but only log every 2 or 3 days.

I flew from Pittsburgh to London at 275, needed a seatbelt extender but no extra seat, didn't seem to bother the person next to me.
