wow I hurt today, especially my sides, that last abs move has a lot to answer for!!! A sign that its working however, now to plough on through day 2 L3!

Day 1 and Day 16 Measurements: Day 1 : Waist 32" Hips 38" Thigh 24" Upper Arm 12" Day 16: 30" 37.5" 23" 11" I can see more tone and my waist looks a lot better! SO happy already! Oh and I've not lost a lb!

I had this problem!!! Instead I decided for the cardio to get on my exercise bike to replace any jumping! The pain has now gone and I have been able to do the cardio again. I'm on day 9 in total, day 2 of level 2. You can feel the step up, but they moves are not impossible. I just feel it more when doing the plank moves!!
