Congrats. The NSV's can be the best thing when you dont see a lot of scale movement.

I have a wrist HRM and it always shows me at 190 or so calories burned and I weigh a lot more than you do :).

Try taking a dose of benadryl before you work out(like 15 -20 mins before) or allegra or zyrtec some kind of allergy med. Your skin may be reacting to your body sweating. Also make sure you are well hydrated before you exercise sometimes dry itchy skin is do to not enough water.

it killed my feet when i went barefoot make sure you are wearing shoes I wear the shape ups and love them.

are you drinking plenty of water. Of if you like tea Brisk makes a no calorie lemon tea . Tea helps supress hunger feelings

Sometimes people speek without thinking. You know how far you have come so keep that in mind when ppl say things like that

The closer to your normal weight you get the harder it will be to lose weight. Try eating more of your exercise calories so your body doesnt try and eat your lean muscles. .

i would like to know this too i dont use firming lotions but if it makes a difference i will try it.

I would think so but each person is different if I was you I would try it for 1 month and see if it makes a difference if not go back to what you was doing. I say a month because that way you have four solid weeks of information to use to compare to what you were doing before. Remember not everyone can do the same you got…

I totally agree with this. I too zig zag my cals and am loosing consistently.
