I'm thinking about getting the Zip to track my run distance. Are they accurate and can I track the runs separately from my other activity?

I as diagnosed this last March...UGH! It's not fun at times. : ( I went GF & dairy free and it seems to help.

Get a heart rate monitor with a watch and log it how ever you want. I have a Polar FT4 and use it for everything.

Go to a running store and get fitted for a new shoe! I bet you'll find one you like as much or better. There a bunch of new brands and styles since those came out. : )

Oh yeah...I couldn't run before I did Insanity. Running is EASY compared to that craziness!

I love my saucony running shoes!!! Get fitted for something at Fleet Feet then look for the same shoe at different stores or online for a better deal. I got mine at Shoe Carnival for $35 and they are usually over $90!!

Forgot to answer the question. I use a heart rate monitor. It's really the only way to get an accurate count. Look up polar ft4. I love mine!

It's hard to give advice when I only found 1 day in the last month where you logged your food. You shouldn't need to change anything if you're eathing healthy.

They are so right! Your belly is where you body has decided to hold it's fat reserve. The fat on my butt and thighs is always the past to go. Just keep doing what your doing and it will eventually let go of it. Are you sucking in your abs (contracting) them while you exercise? Pushing your abs out will make them protrude.
