    I usually chop up some onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and throw them in there along with lentils or beans of all kinds (black beans, cannellini, kidney etc). Or just add a can of Rotel for a bit of a kick.

    1/4 c. skim milk
    ground cinnamon
    any sweetener
    fresh fruit

    Believe it or not, we've prepped it with cinamon, a little bit of sugar and threw in some fresh peaches. It turned out to be do yum and hit that sweet craving, for sure.
