    Turned 40 last March, lost 30 pounds and am in the best shape in my life. I now weigh less than what my drivers license says!

    42, and have to get my driver's license renewed soon; I think I now do weigh less than it says, too, but I'm working on MUCH less. Feeling better than I ever have!

    44 here - 4 kids - two adult children, two less than 6

    I never see myself as hot but my mom tells me I'm pretty! lol

    I guess my husband thinks so too lol

    41 and in the best shape since - well - ever! I can bike further, run faster, and lift more than ever before. My wife no longer needs to trade me in for two 20-yr olds! lol

    59 and proud of it. Cannot wait to be 60 (in 6 months) to show young guns what an "old fart" (dixit my son) can do..

    Love this nicescent - I went white water rafting last month and this old fart was chosen as left front over three 20 year old boys each of whom looked to be in pretty good shape. For those who have not been white water rafting, left front is the most important position other than guide/rower. That was the biggest indicator of my hard work that I have ever had - also pretty good for the ego!
