    42 and Loving life~ lightest I have been in about 20 years~ best shape in my life!

    I kinda like the 40's to be honest with ya'- I believe it's the new 20's :drinker:

    No kids at home anymore~ my husband and I do what we want, when we want and how we want~ well OK- when the two furry kids say we can :wink:

I replied smiling ear to ear that is my 23 year old son. My Doctor calls me a freak of nature. Age is just a number

    I'll be 40 on July 17 and I'm definitely in the best shape of my life!! I'm also a lot more comfortable with myself now than I ever was in my 20s or 30s!

    I turned 40 in Feb and I did not take it lightly! My goal when I started this thing was to get back to the level of fitness I had when I was married. I was 33 and in the best shape of my life then. I have to say, if I am not there yet, I am pretty damn close! Yeah Me and all of you other fabulously fit 40+ers!!!
