Got in my workout early this morning but had to rush out of the house as I was spending the day with a friend. Just logging on now for the first time today. Hi Cheryl, Tabata and bushmen are done for today. Calories: under Water: over When I go to the gym I usually burn over 1,000 calories in one workout so I'll keep you posted when I do that. I'm very good at the treadmill at working with speed and incline intervals - I can burn lots of calories. I'm off this week so no gym.…

Hi Cheryl, I completed the pygmy exercises today. I am over on water and under on calories. I also ran 4 miles which should give our team an extra point as today was not my normal running day. I completed the following: 50 squat kicks, 50 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 mountain climbers, 50 wood chops, 50 globe jumps and I also completed the mini challenge - the bear walk.
