Sounds like you have good goals! Mine are the same as every week :)

How did everyone do over the weekend? I didnt' get a chance to workout (we had 20 family friends here Thursday-Sunday!!), but it was a great weekend. Today the weather is creeping back close to the nineties, so maybe a treadmill run will be in order tonight. Have fun this week!

How is everyone doing today? My goals for this week (until next Thursday): 1. Drink my minimum of 10 glasses of water a day 2. Take my dogs out for a jog at least 3 times 3. Do the 30ds at least 2 times 4. Start Zumba---This is a major maybe.. 5. Avoid tempations! This weekend I will be faced with avoiding cake! Ahhh....I…

I love the idea of making something new! I was just complaining yesterday that I always eat the same things :)

The weather here is BEAUTIFUL so I will definately get outside for my minimum of 30 minutes tonight :) Stay on track everyone and Good Luck this week!

I am still here, just have a crazy slow internet connection for some reason today! Today I have hit my water and exercise goals, so I am pretty happy about that :) Catch up with all of you tomorrow!

30ds=30 day shred :) Today it is pouring and I am out of town so hopefully this can clear up so I can at least go for a walk. Or use the hotel fitness center, but I feel like that is a last resort! Maybe swimming will suffice for today :) Have a great weekend! Oh and I am 23 from Iowa.

Hi everyone! My goals for this week (unitl next Thursday): Drink 10 glasses of water per day Either run outside for 30 minutes or do the 30ds Walk my dogs daily (with the exception of Saturday-Sunday as I will be out of town this weekend). Start the 200 sit up challege again! Hopefully I make each goal :)

My first day I definately hit my water goal (but that is never a problem for me). Starting tomorrow I want to incorporate running and the 30ds back into my routine. These are the simple basics that got me so far a year ago, so I am going back to them! I am thinking an every other day type of schedule, with rest days as…

I sent my information to Ski3r4life, maybe she could copy and paste it in here for me? If not, I will add it in a while. Can't wait for this challenge with all of you!

I don't know what to tell you, other than I am here if you need to talk. I hope things turn around for you :(

I second the pizza idea. Also, I like to put inside pita a combination of alfredo sauce, broccoli, and diced chicken breast. Gets me over that alfredo pasta craving and is delicious at the same time!

Even if you are staying up until 3 or 4 in the morning if you are sleeping in until 11 that is a good 7-8 hours of sleep. I wouldn't say the time of your sleeping matters as long as you are getting the recommended amount. Good luck.

Grieving for a lost pet is totally normal (or at least it is to me :) ). You see your pet everday in your home and then one day they are gone. When I had to put my dog down 3 1/2 years ago it was one of the hardest things to do. I understand the waking up the next morning and the house just being quiet. All the sudden the…

Awesome! You are doing soo well lately, keep it up lady!

You may need to eat some of your exercise calories back. Everyone is different in what they do and what they think. Some will preach that you have to eat back all of your exercise calories, some say part or none at all. I eat back some of them, you just have to find what works for you.

If pampering yourself with a mini makeover is going to boost your self confidence and make you feel better about yourself, then by all means do it! Self confidence is a huge part of a happy life.

4 pounds in one week is an amazing weigh in. A healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds per week on average. If you keep up at this pace that is over 15 pounds in a month!

From the few days I looked at (about a weeks worth) I saw that many days you were cutting yourself seriously short on your calories. You need to eat a MINIMUM of 1200 calories in a day. I saw a few days around 900. Your body is going to start holding onto everything you eat because it isn't going feel like you are giving…

I use Aquaphilic hand cream every day to keep my hands from getting dried out and cracked and It works amazing.

Running outside right now isn't too bad, but I like to plan ahead. Once it gets to be 0 degrees like mdpeck said I know it won't be something I would enjoy. And then when the snow comes it would be even worse. Thanks for all of the suggestions so far!

Thank you everyone for all of your help so far. I don't have a gym that is at a location that is very convenient to me. The closest gym I have is 25 minutes away, which would probably deter me from going.

I like to use pita as the crust when I make pizza and it is really good!

If you don't even like ribs why would you consider eating them? Find someting for dinner that you actually enjoy and you won't want to snack later.

When I first started working out I used the wii fit plus everyday and got a pretty decent calorie burn for a video game. However, a month or so into it I had gotten into much better shape and my calorie burn became very minimal. Now the wii fit is just a fun game that happens to get me moving at the same time but I don't…

You will love it here! Feel free to add me I log in everyday! Taylor

Sandwhiches on whole wheat bread are good and can easily be taken to work for lunches!

Yes, you need hand weights. When I did the shred I started off with 3lb weights. You can increase as you get farther along.

I don't have any suggestions but I am looking to get a treadmill also! I hope to hear some good ones!
