Popcorn - Orville Redenbachers brand have no trans fat and the natural butter and salt and pepper are delicious! Edamame Almonds I don't have much of a sweet tooth but if I have a craving So Delicious has a mini ice cream sandwich that is so good and only 90 calories!

Hey - mines Elaine too! It doesn't fit my personality either but when was around a year old we moved to a new neighborhood and met an Elaine who turned out to be like a second Mom to me so the name grew on me :). I haven't thought of her in awhile... Thanks OP for the memory!
