There are a lot of different ideas on this. Your personal work schedule makes a difference. This is what I shoot for based on my job: 6:30am water and green smoothie 7:30am tangerine and lots of water while I teach 9:00am apple and nuts (in between classes) 11:30am 2 eggs and 2 toast 3:00pm lunch lemon water in between…

I agree, it is a great place to start. You can add hand weights or modify to make it harder. I do 3 rounds on day I didn't have time to workout because it is so simple, better than nothing!

I don't think so, my stomach is either super empty or super bloated. I check every once in a while and it can be different from one hour to the next by a few pounds sometimes. Just resume after. 10 days!

Lol! I think it is pointless for us to weigh in during Ramadan. I still get on the scale sometime around 2pm also just to see, but every day it is so different! We are so bloated half the time and out of energy the other half that from one day to the next I can see a 4 pound difference on the scale so I think the best time…

A lot of artificial ingredients in even the Special K and Kashi cereals. I used to eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch but that fake stuff and soy protein isolate is something I realized I don't want to consume.

None really. Some non-flavored oatmeal would be good, other than that I would avoid cereal.

Thank you for all the feedback! Sorry I did not respond earlier, some family health issues. I think the stress from that made me really off (was waiting on some biopsy results that thank God came out benign). I will try all of your suggestions, I do use stevia every day, so maybe I will feel better without that, good carbs…
