My favorite milk is Almond Breeze unsweetened original or vanilla , it is great in protein shakes and smoothies! No sugar and only 1 carb per 8 oz. I haven't bought regular milk in almost 2 years now.

i have the Turbo Jam, Turbo FIre both are good and you will not get board with these cd's...Turbo Fire is a very intense workout!

My favorites are the Yoplait 2x Protein Lime yougart and the EAS Low Carb Protein Shakes! Both are good for in between meals as a snack they really fill you up!

My favorite healthy snacks are Emerald Coco Almonds 1 oz- found at Sam's., Medium Apple, or Red Seedless Grapes. Also a low carb protein shake is good as well.

I use EAS 100 percent Whey protein. It comes in 2 flavors chocolate and vanilla and is really good. I have it usually just for breakfast with frozen fruit to make a smoothie.

You might have to manually add that one and manually add your calories in each workout. After I finish Turbo Fire, which will be in 18 weeks, I am going to start working on Charlene Extreme. A friend of mine is doing it right now and loves it!

I have a MIO Petite heart rate monitor watch with calorie burn, no chest strap. It works ok, but the best one that I want to get is the BodyBug! It rocks! Was 47.00

Ck out the Atkins website they have some really good ideas. I might have to get a jump start back on my weight loss and get back on Atkins for a month.Was on it for 2 yrs lost 25 lbs.

Lactose free and easier to digest. I love the Blue Diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The Silk to me taste terrible. I use mine in my protein shakes in the morning.

You can customize your calorie intake, I did on mine. Then on the exercise part I bought a heart rate monitor watch and clicked on the exercise I do and then manually input the calories in myself and the minutes. Hope this helps!

I use EAS Whey Protein Vanilla flavored. I mix in any type of frozen fruit and 1 cup Almond Breeze and it makes a great breakfast or supper.

I was having issues with my knees also, I started taking some joint medicine for them called Joint Doctor by Flexstar. You can find them by going to flexstar.net. They also have this wonderful vitamin called Revitalize II that is a fat loss and detox system.

Shakeology is great but way to expensive for me, I just go to Sam's Club and get the 100 per cent Whey protein, the best kind for you, and mix frozen fruit and Almond Breeze unsweetened milk with it, kinda like a smoothie and it is good and filling.

I drink the 100 per cent protein shake EAS for breakfast and sometime for supper I have lost weight, not that much so far only been drinking it for a week. I mix it with frozen fruit and unsweetened almond breeze milk, few ice cubes and put it in blender, so it is lower in calories and it feels me up. I guess it all…

Good Luck Mandy! It takes a lot of detirmanation and will power but you can do it! I have 35 lbs to lose by August 31st.. It will be a hard journey but glad the fruits and veggies are in season right now!
