Same thing here!! My around size changes but my boobs... Good ole' DD since high school. Their only movement is down. Gravity apparently has more pull with them than weight loss...!!

I take Hydroxycut in the AM before I work out. I find it makes me work a little harder at the GYM and sweat a LOT more. Whether that has any true intrinsic value, I can't say. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but my trainer suggested microwaving chicken breast in the Ziploc Microwave Steam Bags.
