  • Today: 217 - no loss. I've been sick and perioding, and thus disgruntled at the lack of progress. =/ Trying to focus on next week!

    Well, I was sent on a company retreat.. sort of a working weekend meets food and drinking. I'm up a pound, which is better than I honestly thought the outcome would be. So this week is not success, but I'm not getting too worked up over it, this week I intend to make up for it!!

    Today: 127lb

    Last Monday (26th): 126lb
    Starting Monday (19th): 128lb

    184.6....up .6 but I think its because TOM is on its way. I have done really well with my eating and exercising so I'm not too worried about it :) Hopefully next week I will see a good loss.

    Up 2 pounds from my Vegas trip! It's ok though. Hopefully it's mostly water because I did walk A LOT and my feet and hands were swollen. We'll see next Monday.

    Double checking...I have your starting weight as 228 not 128....are in the 100's or 200's?

    scale was acting a little funky tonight when i checked my weight!! it went from 258.3 to 257.4 to 255. clearly, i'd prefer 255, but i'm thinking that 257 is more accurate! i'm going to have to start losing more than one lb a week soon!! good luck everyone! have a successful week!!

    well... that retreat and the city food with all the drinking shenanigans that I thought I'd escaped with only a 1lb gain thusly escaping my bad choices unscathed..... was FALSE! Just took a few days to catch up. Gained 5 LBS! I'm so scared of my Monday weigh in... this has been such a bad week, no gym - run ragged at work, just grabbing whatevers laying around, mostly the pizza and beer my husband hands me when I drag my butt home after working 10hrs. And now insane Thanksgiving at the in-laws. Too much food will be everywhere, and I eat when stressed. Their house is stress. Fingers crossed I don't do too badly... many walks while I'm there!!

    Hi all,
    I won't be able to weigh in tomorrow, will be busy so hopefully I can do so today.
    It was a good week. CW 184 Yes, a dramatic drop but I am targeting 2lbs/week so it averages out alright. Coming into thanksgiving though so we'll see how this week goes.

    Well, still no loss on the scale, but I have lost another 3 inches off my waist and 1 inch of my hips. I put on jeans this morning that I haven't worn since last fall. That counts for something, right? ;)

    That's what I was hoping... might have made it too if it weren't for Turkey weekend... *sigh* well, I did better than past years, I didn't eat till I burst, and I did go for a few walks and played catch and some soccer outside with the kids.. still up on the scale, but manageable.
