No loss, but it's kind of what I expected, since I didn't do as much exercise last week and kinda slacked off on eating right a few days. BUT - I ran my first 5K in 8 years on Sunday, so I'm not letting a little scale non-compliance get me down.0 -

253.6 +2.2lbs...well went on vacation and didnt do too bad plus my AF is acting odd....so I am sure most of it is due to water retention bc of that -.-.0

I had to go back and check my numbers from last week and even though I weighed myself twice last week to be sure of the gain it must have been sodium bc from my gain last week to today I have lost 8 lbs. Weight today is 217! I can't remember the last time I was in the the 200 and teens!!! I'm so happy and only a pound and a half away from my 25 lb challenge goal!! Good day for me! I hope everyone elses day is just as great! Good Luck!!! I got my fingers, toes and even my eyes crossed for ya!!! LOL0

I had to go back and check my numbers from last week and even though I weighed myself twice last week to be sure of the gain it must have been sodium bc from my gain last week to today I have lost 8 lbs. Weight today is 217! I can't remember the last time I was in the the 200 and teens!!! I'm so happy and only a pound and a half away from my 25 lb challenge goal!! Good day for me! I hope everyone elses day is just as great! Good Luck!!! I got my fingers, toes and even my eyes crossed for ya!!! LOL0

Today = 193# ARGGH!!! I am not surprised, though. Working on a couple major home projects. I'm getting my runs in, but having a hard time planning food.
I clearly won't make the challenge goal, but am really glad to have it here to keep me more on task that I otherwise would be!0 -

My boobs are starting to look deflated i'm so sad. i've always had nice boobs! Skin is getting loose, and yucky looking. I love being smaller and fitting into smaller clothes. But looking in the mirror naked makes me want to cry. Because I know I'll be just as unhappy with the way I look as I was before, the only difference is I'm smaller, but still want to gag!!0

I weighed in at a whopping 236 this week....I didn't know I ate enough to gain 6 pounds....really really really disppointed!!!0

Weigh in today! 219.5 Up from last week but same as mid week weigh in so I'm sure its not from Christmas dinners. I think its TOM!!! Anyways 6 days of the challenge left. Lots of water and exercise and a lot of prayer! I can do this! 4 lbs to meet the challenge!0

253.6, I have lost 15lbs which I am proud of, but I am with drawing from the challenge bc I am going to push it into high gear again once the New Year happens. I am doing great at maintaining and I plan to continue on this journey. I wanted to lose 25lbs with this challenge and at first that was my main focus, but since then I decided I dont mind losing at a slow pace, bc it is slowly teaching me the discipline I need to be healthy and maintain. You guys are doing great and I am so ecstatic for you! Maybe I will defeat the next challenge! =D0

I didn't lose a darn thing . I'm still at the gain from last week. 236. I'm super frustrated.....but I guess on the plus side at least I didn't gain any more over Christmas..
Luckily, I have a week off from school so I can hit the workouts harder than normal.0 -
I gained several pounds this week due to Christmas and my focus on home projects. While I've lost a few pounds since the beginning of this challenge, I haven't done a very good job. I've thought a lot about where I'm at - 45# gone, but with only 10# or so in the past year. The rest was lost in the year before. I've increased my running dramatically, though, and that was my priority. I haven't found a balance yet between eating right/enough to feel energized for running and keeping it under control to drop the pounds. I've done well for short periods of time, but it's not intuitive at all.
I feel like I need to refocus, appreciate what I've done so far, but stop giving myself so much credit for it. After all, I still have another 40# to go just to get into a 'healthy' range. So, that's what I'm doing. I'm starting over, pretending I've never weighed more than I do now, and focusing on getting rid of these 40#+ in the next year. I know why I'm still carrying it around and it's been with me a long, long time. Now, it's time to go and I'm ready for it!
