193.4# this week. Finally, some progress and a pretty well-controlled weekend that didn't wipe out the rest of the week's work. Need to step it way up to make the goal, though!0

Weigh in today! A dissapointed with myself bc I gained a half pound this week bc of 2 nights that I cheated but I am back on track this week. I am looking forward to a good loss this week! I am going to work really hard! Weight this week is 228!0

I have NFI what my body is doing. I'm sticking to my calorie goals and exercise at least 30 minutes 5-6 days week (HR averages 155 during workouts). The scale actually said I was back up 2 lbs for most of last week, and then it dropped back down again this morning. Haven't been losing inches off the areas I normally measure either. BAH. Frustrated.0 -
