Weigh in for today is 233.5. I am down 7 lbs! It was only a half pound this week! I vowe next week will be better! Thanks for challenging me and having a place to be accountable! Never the less a loss is a loss and I will take it! Its better than a gain!0

Today = 194.4! Really happy with that considering the week I had. YAY! Haven't seen these numbers since the mid-90's!0
