  • I love The Firm Dvd's! Those woman kick your butt and get you firmed up as promised. And they have multiple instructors so you can look for a Dvd that has one that you like. :) Also alot of people like Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Only 23 minutes long but effective!

  • Yes, I agree. Listen to your bodies signals. I don't think that you are losing too fast if you are meeting your calorie mark and not losing more than 2lbs a week. :) Now with that being said, I am also not a nutrition expert lol
  • Yeah I think anytime that you go for the real deal instead of something that has been messed with to make it lower calorie you are having something healthier.
