I started at 270 about 2 years ago and now I am 174. My loss has been slow and steady. No fancy tricks for me, I watch what I eat and I have to exercise. Prior to mfp, I tried all the different pills and products, but the weight always came back. If you commit to the process, you will find success.

Pineapple angel food cake 1 box of angel food cake 1 can of crushed pineapples 1tsp of vanilla Combine all the above mentioned ingredients(do not add water as the box calls for). Bake according to the boxes directions or until the top is a golden brown. It is delish!

Way to go on the weight loss. Sorry to hear about the TIA. It definitely can be a challenge when your energy level is low. Start small, a little exercise is better that no exercise. Take care!

OMG! I knew exactly what you were talking about when I read your topic. My waddle went away with weight loss. However, I had to lose like 50lbs before it was visible to me (or should I say...not visible to me). I wish I had an easier solution. :) Good luck to you!

Welcome! I was in the same boat. I did zumba but the weight wasn't coming off due to my diet. Since I've been logging my calories, I've been doing well. Best of luck to you!

Some of my faves: laughing cow cheese with carrots or pretzels, fiber one brownies, skinny cow ice cream bars, and Thomas' English muffins with low or no sugar jelly.

I like Thomas' English muffins. They have 100 calories with a third of your daily fiber. Instead of putting butter on them, I use low or no sugar jelly.
