  • I've been doing Turbo Fire since December though food isn't always the perfect. I love the workouts though! They are fun! It took maybe 3 weeks of doing the New to Class parts before I quit those and realized I could follow along without them.

  • The only time I can workout is after dinner. I work from 8-5 and so evening just fits into my schedule better. I also find I sleep better (deeper sleep?) in the morning hours so I hesitate to wake up early to do a workout and deprive my body of peak sleep hours-if that makes sense.

  • Hello I am doing Turbo Fire for almost 6 weeks now. I've done Chalean Extreme and I liked it, so I have been trying to keep up with those circuits in addition to my TF class schedule. That just means 2-3 days a week I will have a double workout to do an Extreme Circuit.

  • We live in the country and my mom doesn't let me run/walk on the roads because apparently someone will kidnap and kill me in a scary manner... I go to a nearby park that has a big circular track and walk that when the weather is nice. I am not sure how it is safer there though?
  • I've tried their raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing, I liked it. It wasn't bad. Had no calories and no gluten/sugar ect. But now I am using Italian dressing from another company that has fat and calories. (I just try different dressings every month so it isn't the same)
  • Congrats!! I am on week 5 and finally don't have to use the breakdowns! I usually stop though every now and then to drink some water. I go through almost 3 cups of water per workout.
  • What about long john silvers?? I prefer fish over red meat. Plus they have fries too. And hush puppies!! I don't know what they are made of, but they are good!!
