As a professional hairdresser, that's a pretty rough hair cut. I'd be going back making the cut the whole point off . Telling them to blend it better .

I used to get to a certain number than do the same thing .=( I was self sabotaging myself. I read alot about the power of the brain and the tricks it plays. try a tell your self thats its just your brain trying to play tricks and the cravings will pass . I dont think that too low, you look small so you base metabolism rate wouldn't probe be much higher than that. You can either eat a little higher than that and workout lots to get your surplus through that , but you wouldn't eat back your excersise calories burned in that case . Or Just eat 1280. Also by doing home cooking…

Looks good =) id recommend underestimating your excersise if you dont have a heart rate monitor . Its better to be under than over =)

Do what works for you =) try both ways. But I recommend eating only half excersise calories back if you dont have a hrm . Just to be on the safe side.

I reckon you might have been going through a Plato and by eating over you'v spiked your metabolism and probley broken through it . =) Doubt if it'd b muscle loss.

id up your calories and go back to basics. Like tracking and weighing everything and add some weights in

I think you diary looks good although id up your protein intake. I'd change your macros to 40% protein, 30% fat , 30% carbs. The protein will b great for your muscle recovery. Ect

Hi, just checked out your diary =) , I few suggestions , eat more clean foods, more veg , fruits , nuts and lean proteins. Your diet is very processed . which would be sucking up your energy and making you feel sluggish . Im mean all this in a constructive way and I wish you all the best.
