Veggies and hummus. Big fat veggie salads with balsamic vinaigrette, olives and goat cheese. I also like bell peppers (usually red, orange or yellow) with some laughing cow light cheese in them.

I think the trouble with losing a lot of weight is that most people don't really get to the root of why they had gained weight in the first place. You can't build muscle on top of fat, it is always the other way around. It would take If you are reducing your calories the way the system is telling you it will work. But working out along with reducing calories is the best way to go.

If I want to enjoy my evenings free to be a couch potato, I get up early and get my workouts done in the morning. It sounds terrible but it is nice to be DONE when I get home (unless I need to earn extra calories) :)
