What are your stats( height, weight, sex)? When do you weigh yourself and how frequently? Have you measured your body, and do you look heavier or could this be muscle mass? Opening your diary would also really help.

Throw out anything like that in your house or workplace. It seems radical, but these "foods" only serve to addict you. I know if I have candy and stuff lying around i'll eat a little every time I walk by it! Also, go do something to take your mind off food-a walk or a video game or maybe a good book?

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 108, right now i'm 113. Ultimately your goal will change from fat-loss to toning though, because I got to 111 and was skinny-fat, now i'm aiming for inches lost, not the number on the scale. I don't understand the recent influx of pro-eating disorder people lately; like MOST if not ALL people, I used to have an eating disorder, and mfp in of itself has really helped me get a healthier perspective. It seems like a bunch of kids found the website and are using it to spread misinformation.

that doesn't sound right to you, so instead you eat as much as an anorexic? You should eat what mfp tells you, especially if you've no background in a proper diet. Find vegetables and lean meats and dairy products that you like and make meals out of them, and add exercise to your lifestyle.

Eat a healthy amount of healthy foods-foods that have a lot of nutritional value and protein, fats, and carbs. Exercise and eat back all your exercise calories, and pay attention to your measurements and not just the scale.

I'd say sugar, as fat fills you up and can be the type that is good for your heart, whereas sugar turns into bodyfat and is not necessary to live/thrive.
