I think they are just one of those foods that are just...there haha. Like if you like them, great they probably aren't hurting you (unless you're like the girl who is allergic to rice. ;) ), but if you don't like them, then that's cool too, just more calories to spend on something else, if that makes sense. haha.

It depends on your body. When I weighed more I would gain like 10lbs. Now It is the best time for me to take advantage of losing weight lol. Lots of women gain water weight and feel heavy, also if you gorge yourself with food you can gain from that as well. lol It just depends.

There are a lot of different opinions about this. How I feel? I lost a lot of weight on 1300 calories and it has worked for me. For some people it wont work. It all depends on the person. I think the best route is to try and figure out what works for you. Good Luck.
