I would spend the extra and get a Polar they are the most accurate - you don't want to waste your money.

For sure it does - I have a Polar Heart Monitor and I wear it during strength training - however I do low weight with high reps. I burn between 300 - 400 in an hour

I hear you - I have resorted to working out at 5am - I find it nice to have the house to myself - once you get used to it - its really not that bad. Plus you are done for the day so no excuses of "I'm too tired" or something got in the way, etc. Try it you may like it.

Thx psulemon - I think I am undereating. I went over my cals yesterday by about 400 and then I weigh in this am and I am down. I am going to try and up my cals for this week and see what happens.

I would like to know as well - I find it hard to not cheat/spike all day - its like well I already had pizza may as well have some ice cream or a cookie too.....probably not doing it right :)

I used to get this from running. The best for me was to stand on the edge of a stair or curb with your tippy toes and then lower your heels seems simple but it really worked for me. Good luck!

Yep having babies really does change your body - most times for the worst. I was thin didn't have to wear a bra - it was wonderful. Now if I don't wear a bra my tata's will touch my 1st stomach roll. Gross - oh well I suppose this is the price we pay for being blessed with kids. :)

I am buying a measuring tape today since I have been at it for about a month also and fluctuate between losing 2-4 lbs from my original weight but it always goes back up. Water weight, time of the month, constipation - it all affects that stupid number we see. Its official scales just SUCK!!!

Thanks for the support - I have a 6yr old son who behaves and listens however my daughter is the opposite and is just a stubborn kid - I do win pletny of battles but with her I have to pick my battles because EVERYTHING is a battle. LOL
