I took a human nutrition class this summer and found out that 1200 was way to little of calories for me. the calculations showed that I needed 1625 for my body to function right. I have noticed when I eat at this or over I feel so much better. I'm telling you unless you are 5' tall and weigh 100 or less 1200 is not enough…

I would say try to eat most of them back. also have snacks through out the day not just 3 meals. it's better because it doesn't make you think you have to eat 1300 cals for dinner. if you spilt them up it's easier to eat. You could go without the seasoning at all. I never use it and I think it tastes the same.

I know lean is good for women because it tones and doesn't bulk you up like the classic one does. Always try to get at least 1200 cals in.

It used to be nice and quiet. I currently live here and it has seemed like in the last 5 years it has become more and more noisy And the traffic is almost as bad as some big cities.
