OK SO EATING BURNED CALORIES....

OK SO I HAVE A PROBLEM.. I HAVE EATEN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TODAY AND I WALKED THIS MORNING AND ON MY LUNCH BREAK.. NOW I LOOK AT THAT AS GOOD.. BUT I LOOK AT MY CALORIES AND IT SAYS I STILL NEED TO EAT LIKE 1372 CALORIES.. THATS ALOT FOR JUST ONE MEAL.. SO MY QUESTION IS... DO I STICK TO MY ORIGINAL CALORIE AMOUT A DAY IF I WORK OUT OR NOT OR DO I TRY TO EAT THE CALORIES THAT I HAVE BURNED OFF AS WELL???

SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME!! LOL
