I'd more just check whether there is anything aside from tomato & tomato juice in the can.... Sounds yummmmmyyy!,

Fat, fat, fat! Include Ghee and oils in all of your cooking.... Why are you counting calories on Paleo? It sort of goes against the overall goal..?

^^ Yup!

Even when I was doing it 'seriously', I just worked it is with the rest of my other workouts during the week. I found I don't burn a lot of calories when I do it, so I'll just do it on a day when I don't have enough time to do a full workout.

And in response to your actual question regarding what I eat and exercises I do... I have workout DVDs (Core Fusion, Michelle Bridges "Crunch Time", Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" & "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism", and Biggest Loser Workout "Cardio Max") that I do 6 days a week. When I get a chance I'll go to my parents'…

Me... it's no fun, is it! I've got about the same to lose overall, but have found that if I'm consistent with it, and when I start to see results, I stay motivated and weight moves. Add me! It'd be great to support each other through all of this.

I've definitely had the same problem in the past. I've since started to make sure I warm up really well before going into lunges, pay careful attention to my positioning and choosing low impact when it's possible. I haven't done the shred in ages though because I just don't burn enough calories when I do it (level one, at…

*applause* Splackk said it better!... just read what she said!

Yeah, because everyone knows that if you eat 1199 calories a day, you'll automatically starve. Who said 1200 is the magic number anyway!? OP - I say chat to a health professional about this. You need to find something suited to you and if that's going to mean you're eating 950 or so, it'll be good to have full information…

I agree 100%. Thank you for the time you put into sharing that with us. Glad you're getting great results.
-
Yeah, this. Or I would suggest eating your BMR.
-
Sick of level one... I've done it so many times and hardly burn many calories when I do it nowadays. I like 2 & 3 about the same amount.
-
Polar FT7 here too! I love it so much. I don't train without it and use it as a great motivator to go hard.
-
Once a week tops.
-
Me too! :) (oh... but I had a fair bit of chocolate over the last week...)
-
I do BFBM at least once a week and love it. I was quite a challenge at the start and I was burning 800+ cals, but now it's about 700-730cal (including the cool down). I just love it and the feeling I get when I finally get through it!
-
I start when I start warm-up and stop it as soon as I've finished cool-down/stretch.
-
I've never used them - I use a Polar HRM and love it. I'd recommend getting one if you want to actually track exercise calories accurately.

McDonalds and other similar take away joints. I'm feeling so much better since just changing that!
-
Hmm... interesting! Ta!

I agree. I tend to take a lot of what people say with a grain of salt and listen to advice I've received from professionals in the field of health/weight loss. ETA: That's what I've had to do personally. Because for a while there I was in the same situation as you and became completely overwhelmed by the conflicting…

I net between 700-1200 max. I'm not so sure about eating back exercise calories yet so I'm not doing it most days.
-
I am back in my smaller work pants and a few shirts I haven't worn in about 12 months! ETA: Awesome job to you too! ;)

All of these things! :) I just don't have a need for it and am happy without it. I've never had a desire to drink much and because I've never started, I don't have anything to stop! It's just not a tempting/desireable thing for me :)
