How much to lose for a flat stomach?
I am almost to my goal of 135 but I still have a fat bulgy stomach. I know that I can't spot lose so the big question is how much more would I have to lose over all to get that flat stomach? Do I have to go down to 125, 115, lower? Trying to see where I need to move the goal posts to.

I inadvertently fasted from about 730pm Friday night to today and still have yet to break it. (why Ty, depression.) that being said, I now weight in at 138 when I was at 141.6. How much will come back once I start eating again since it was probably a lot of water weight that slid off.

Mat Pilates on YouTube
Does anyone have a favorite mat pilates video they like to use on YouTube, especially one aimed at beginners? I'm getting the hang of having a daily yoga practice thanks to YWA but wanted to add in some pilates as well. Thanks y'all. :)

Walking indoors = Boring.
With winter nigh, cold temps have forced me indoors for my lunch walks. The problem is that walking inside bores me to death. (I still do it, I'm just achingly bored while I do it.) Is there any way to make it less boring or do I have months of boredom to look forward to until the weather turns decent again?

Step Trackers
Attempted to use MapMyWalk to track steps while doing laps around my building and gave up because it was so woefully inaccurate. Are there trackers that work on a smaller scale of a building as opposed to a longer loop of city streets or am I SOL?

Piyo + Bad Knee = ?
I found some Piyo videos online that looked rather intriguing and wanted to give them a go. However, with my buggered knee, I am not sure if it would wise to attempt them. Has anyone done it with ACL issues and not had any issues? Or can they recommend adaptations that would assist?

Lentils for one
Is it possible to cook just enough lentils for one person? I don't want to have to make a whole mess of them if I don't have to since I'm only wanting to make enough to mix with a serving of brown rice for lunch for myself. Sorry if it's a dumb question. I'm a bit of a cooking dunce.

I started properly tracking a bit over a month ago and have managed to lose about 9lbs of the 35 that I'm looking to lose but I don't look any different I still look and feel hella fat.
