Starting over...again.

Here I am again, unhappy with my body, unhappy with the weight I've gained, determined to lose it. Goal is at a tidy 115 so the means...58 lbs. 58 lbs until I can get down to where I was before pregnancy almost a decade ago, 58 lbs until I can fit into cute clothes and wear a swimming suit without feeling like a Gods forsaken whale.
I want to do this, I need to do this.
Here's to the new thinner cuter me.

Hello
Break your 58lb goal in to smaller increments (Example: 6 pounds a month or whatever is realistic for you). This'll make the whole process a little less daunting and a little less tedious. As well as this - start to look at the qualities you like about yourself. You seem very self critical and whether you are 115 lb or 180 lb, the scale doesn't determine your worth. Wishing you the best of luck finding happiness and reaching your goal!2
