To nosh or not to nosh, that is the question

I have just under 300 calories left for the day but I'm not hungry. Find something to nosh on or just call it with slightly over 1K eaten for the day?

    Maybe save an extra 100 or so for breakfast tommorow instead? :)

    I don't really save calories from day to day. I consider one day's calories to be just that. One day's. That way I can keep myself on track and keep from binging.

    I would eat a little fruit or something less than 200 calories just to make sure I'm not running on too low fuel. But that's avoiding hanger for me.

    If you're not hungry I'd just call it a day! If you find yourself hungry before you actually end up in bed then at least you have the extra calories to spare, but seeing as you're already 1k in for the day I think it's totally fine to fall a bit under
