Key to a successful life.
I have come to realize that i must do 2+ hours of intense excercise 7 days a week or my life goes to *kitten* very quickly. I think i have found the meaning of life. It has been my experience that 2 hours of intense excercise is the sweet spot. It really changed my life. I can sleep atleast an hour less per night…

Sweat as an indivation of calories burned?
I know it is said that sweat is not tied to calorie burn....that i think is only a half truth. Its simple....given the same conditions (same excercise ,same person, same hydration, same temp and humidity ) that person will sweat more at an increased excercise intensity than at a lower one. So ya sweating is correlated with…

Kettlebell for weight loss
Everyone has got to try the kettlebell swing. Just start with a light one to learn the swing and then move to a heavy one. The beauty is that you can do it in your own home, its not noisy, not expensive, wont break, burns an off the chart number of calories, is low impact and sustainable long term! Truly is the greatest…

CICO
I dont understand why people cant lose weight. Its all about CICO (calories in and calories out). You cant defy the laws of thermodynamics. If you eat over your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) you gain weight period. Its that simple. If you are gaining just figure out your sedetary tdee (basal metabolic rate plus the…

Steady state cardio
I like steady state cardio for weight loss because its so easy and you dont get injured. Im specifically referring to elliptical and stationary bike. And you can just watch a movie or listen to music and still have a great calorie burn rate. I do 90 min elliptical and 30 min bike and i feel great and burn an *kitten* ton…

Bodybuilder look
I eventually want the body builder look but cannot stop doing atleast 1 hour of HIIT each day because of its benefits to my psychii. Not many people can become body builders by doing this much endurance training from my understanding. And i dont really want to eat large amounts of food either.

Lose weight slow or fast?
Im 230 lbs and would like to do a body recomposition. Height 5 foot 11 and 3/4. Body fat probably 30%. Would i be better off just tearing through the weight and getting down to 210 which i could easily do losing probably 10 lbs of fat and 10 lbs of muscle with this approach...because realistically it would only take 5 or 6…

Losing weight.
For me weight loss has been pretty easy since i changed my outlook. When i was 300 pounds my life was terrible in every way. I moved incredibly slow. Every movement I made reminded me of how disgusting i felt and how inadequate i was at navigating the world. The depression and self loathing of course just led to more…

Weight loss stalled
My weight loss seems to have stalled. Ive lost 65 pounds over 4 months and now weigh 235 and am 5 foot 11. Im eating 2600 to 2800 calories per day and i weigh everything and purposely overestimate calorie consumption on a daily basis to minimize error. I excercise minimum 2.5 hours a day and burn minimum 1500 calorieis 7…
