Does anyone know how many calories 1000 kettlebell swings with a 53 pounder burn done over 70 min for a 230 pounder guy?

    You can google it to get an estimation, but to be honest it's going to be different for everyone. It depends on a lot of things, how much of that 230 lbs is fat, how much is muscle, the intensity at which you did the swings, etc. You likely won't find two calculators that give you the same results. If you're really interested to know I'd suggest investing in an HRM.
