Unsure of what to do next

Im 34 male 1/4 inch shy of 6 foot 0. Weight is 235 with 45 inch waist. Was 300 pounds jan 1st of this year.
I want to achieve the classic male ripped look at a target weight of 210 or 205 not sure exactly.
Ive definately eaten through muscle as i cant curl jack squat now for example.
Looking for the fastest possible way to achieve this goal given that i will go to any length to get there ....except using drugs.
