How much protein does it actually take for a muscle to get bigger? I've heard 0.73 0.80 and 1 per pound of body weight

So I purchased a tub of Pro Jym. I have never paid attention to my protein intake but it's very small. I aim to build muscle but can I do that while still in a calorie deflect?

I'm going to buy Whey protein isolate. I heard it's the best version for just protein. Has anyone else tried the product? If so let me know your thoughts on it or just whey in general

Bulking?
In about a month and a half I will begin my bulk journey I watched my overall intake and I only get a whopping 13% protein and 63% carbs. So I will start taking whey and fish oil pills to help my body improve also going to the gym 3 days a week and doing crossfit 5 days a week. Will all of this be good enough?

I've been on a calorie deflect for months now I've lost a nice amount of weight. Though my stomach isn't completely flat. I want to start bulking when the winter comes until the summer rolls around again. Would I be able to bulk without actually getting fat?

I'm 21 I weigh 187 I try to work out Atleast 3 times a week one day being 30 pounds 4 sets 21 reps for 4 rounds and next 35 pounds 5 sea 15 reps and the last day back day one is that a good base to build strength?

HELP over eating!!
Now I never eat my calorie goal I always stay under. But Monday I ate over by 100 but I also burned about 900 calories so am I still good?

So you can technically eat greasy and fried foods and still lose weight as long as you weigh the foods and watch the cals.

Right track?
I was 207 now I'm 202 trying to reach 180 by June I walk Atleast 1900 steps a day and work out 4 times out of the week. Also side note I took the loss 2 pounds a week route so a big spike in calories. Am I on the right track? Any tips?
