Calories???

Are you suppose to eat less calories then the app says a day or that exact amount to lose weight?

    As close to it as possible. A deficit is already accounted for, so eat what it tells you to.

    My diary is set to 1550. I try to eat between 1400-1600, but I'm flexible. I have it set to lose 1.5 lbs per week, but I can still lose 1lb if I go up to 1800 calories.

    Don't worry about being a little over or a little under. Some people average things out weekly.

    In addition to getting close to calories, you should put forth the effort to get just as close to all the macros.
