Am I still sedenary?
I have managed to go to the gym at least 3x every week & do cardio for 30 minutes. I know compared to many of you that is not a lot. source of calories in Chinese take out ?
I mistakenly thought I was being so good yesterday at lunch. I ordered chicken & mixed vegetables. Granted I ate a large serving, probably close to 2 cups, but I was astonished to have MFP come back with 800 calories! Soy sauce can't have that many calories. What gives? Where / how did I derail my meal?

good exercise for sore back ?
Had to travel / fly yesterday. My back feels sore & achy today but I want to exercise. Does anybody have suggestions for exercise that won't aggravate my condition & may even help to loosen back muscles? Thanks.

why do feet tingle after eliptical?
If I do at least 30 minutes on the elliptical my feet start to tingle after a while. It's not bad. It's not painful. It just is a sensation I am aware of & it dissipates within a minute or two when I stop. What causes the sensation? Should I be concerned?

scale v cups
I know many MFPers are true scale believers but I have been measuring using cups. Is that bad? For example, I poured my 1 cup of cheerios into the measuring cup, then into my bowl. I measured out my 1/2 cup of blueberries & my 1/2 cup of milk. Was I really supposed to use a scale for this?
