The scale at my gym says I weigh 156 lbs. The scale in my BFFs bathroom has me at 154. What gives?

No two scales are going to read exactly the same. Then there's the fact that your bff's scale was not right next to the gym scale so you didn't weigh at the same time (what did you eat or drink between the two).
A 2lb difference isn't much to be concerned about is what I'm saying. Too many things can affect your scale weight in the run of a day.0 -
I use the same scale every day. It says 108 to 109 when I'm naked, it says 109 to 110 after I've had a drink of water, it says 111 to 113 at the end of the day after I've eaten. What gives? Nothing. Weight fluctuates not only every day, but multiple times per day.1
