Found a recipe I'd like to try, but it calls for 1 inch thick New York Strips. I looked at my local store and they were $20/pound! Negative on that. Anyway, it's an air fryer recipe so I wouldn't feel right doing expensive steaks in it. What are good alternatives that are way better priced and tasty to?

MSG in my fave thing!
So one of my favorite foods is Kimchee. I get it at an Asian food store. I eat it every day. Low calories, and all vegetable. However, I noticed that there is MSG added to it. How bad is that for me? Will it affect weight loss, or screw up my diet at all?

Cannot do squats!
So-I've tried to do squats multiple times. I'm just terrible at them! My form is awful. It never feels right. I'm afraid of injuring my lower back again (had a herniation in 2002-still bothers me sometimes). I currently do the leg press. That's a good substitute for the squat, right?

Green tea question
I've been using the Kirkland-Costco brand green tea bags. I drink 3-4 cups a day. The directions state that I should steep the bag for 30 seconds. However- I've been leaving the bag in while I drink it. Is this ok?? Am I doing anything wrong by leaving the teabag in? I like the stronger flavor. Thanks in advance
