Help with calorie count for home cooked meal

The wife and I made a beef stew in the slow cooker yesterday. It was great, but I'm trying to figure out the best way of coming up with a total calorie count. I had what amounted to a cup and a half for my portion. How do I go about counting the calories of that? The ones already on mfp varied wildly in their estimates. So now what? Thanks

Is that an app?0 -
No, it's one of the site features. From the Food tab, click on "recipes" (Note: I'm on desktop. If you're using the phone app, it may be slightly different.)2

if you are making from scratch i would use the recipe builder...now that its done and eaten - i would look at the various calorie counts and pick one that seems to be within the average of all of them2

Thanks for the ideas. The recipe builder helped a lot as well as the nutritional builder.0
