Stronglifts 5x5 question

I'm eager to try this workout. However, one thing has me confused. Am I supposed to add weight EVERY set, or EVERY workout?

    Every workout. Keep the working weight the same for each set.

    Add 5 lbs every workout that you do not fail a set.
