Workout question

So I started a new total body routine, and so far it's kicking my butt (planks are torture BTW). It looks like this:
Ab crunch/Planks/Leg raise machine/Seated rope cable row/Lying leg curl/Bench press dumbbells/Shoulder press dumbbells/Biceps curl dumbbells/Cable triceps pushdown. This is 3 days a week, 3 sets of each-medium reps of 10-15.
My question is, on off days, can I incorporate the "Farmers walk" exercise into my cardio routine? My theory is, we use our hands and forearms daily anyway, but would this hinder my recovery from the workout the day before?
Thanks in advance.

It should be fine if the training volume isn't too crazy.
Do you do any squats, deadlifts or lunges?1
