Need a good eating plan for energy

Hey all- I've been following the paleo diet since early February. So far, it's been a success. I'm down 13 lbs, my clothes are a lot looser, and my energy levels have been good too. I need advice on a "perfect" day of eating for energy at night. Here's the thing- I have a big hockey game coming up tomorrow night at 9 pm. Of course, I work during the day. Since paleo is pretty low carb, I need to find a good source of energy for my game that night. What do you recommend for meals tomorrow that will help my energy levels get to a peak by the time I hit the ice? thanks in advance!
