30 Day Shred - Twice A Day??
Just wondering what everyone/anyone thinks about doing the 30 Day Shred twice a day...once in the morning before work and then again right after work. Anybody try this or thought about doing this? I read about all of the fantastic results people have noticed, just wondering what twice a day would do....:wink:

First 5K in 3 1/2 Weeks
I signed up for my first 5K which will be on May 11. Hi, everyone. I want to start the C25K program but also want to start some strength training as well. Does anyone think doing C25K and 30DS at the same time be too much? Another program besides 30DS? Just looking for some ideas for strengh training while doing C25K. Thank you for any input.
