Graduated C210K (5 Miles?)
I'm happy to report that I "graduated" C210K tonight. It felt SO good to run an hour straight but at the end I was only at 5 miles not 6.2. Guess it's time to work on speed. Does anyone have advice about how to train and gain speed after finally making it through the hour run?

Today's 5K run
My mom and I ran the 5K route that we will be running in again on March 2nd today. It was VERY hilly and that was a big difference than my normal treadmill run so I'm glad we got out and did the run before the actual race. I ended up having to walk some of it because of the hills and some painful leg cramps but I'm happy…

I Graduated Early!!
I GRADUATED TONIGHT!! I restarted the C25K running program on Jan 4th starting at week 2 and today I finished to program early completing my 30 minute run!! This is a huge accomplishment for me and I feel so great! Now time to train for my first 10K that's on April 6th. My 5K race is March 2nd! :)

The BIG Week 5!
Well today I finished Week 4 and it's time to move on to Week 5. I'm scared but ready to FINALLY finish it! Third time is the charm right?! I hope everyone is right about it being all mental and that my calves and shins let me do it! :)

Week 3 Jump
I completed day 1 of week 3 and for me it was a big jump but it felt so good to finish it. I'm even looking forward to tomorrows run. Who else is on week 3? After today week 4 doesn't scare me but week 5 does! Ahhh...

Moving on to Week 5!
I finished Week 4 today and it felt great! Now it's time to move onto the biggest week that I've been stuck on 2 other times before. I'm determined to move past it though and after my insane crossfit workout today I feel confident that I can do the 20 minute run! How's everyone doing?!

I can't lose weight!!
So I hired a personal trainer about 3 months ago and I work out 3-5 days a week and track my calories but I'm not losing weight. Depending on the day I keep losing the same 5lbs over and over and can't brake under 200. I don't understand what's wrong with me. I'm running and doing weight training/crossfit type of training.…

Running 3 days in a row?
Is it bad to do a week 3 days straight? I've never done it before but I finished week 4 on Monday and start week 5 today. If my back can handle it I'd like to finish off the week by Friday before the weekend. What is everyone thoughts on this? Is anyone doing the C2-10K program?
It starts out the same way as C25K but goes 14 weeks instead of 8. I'm starting week 2 today! I repeated week 1 2 extra days but I'm ready now! :)

Today was day 7 of my shred journey and I hurt my knee somehow during the jump rope move on day 4. Since then I've had 2 rest days and tried skipping the jumping but my knee still seems to be getting worse. Should I continue skipping things or take a brake to let myself fully heel? I'm wondering if my joints are still soft…

Does Anyone else's knees hurt?
I think I may of pulled something in my left knee during the jump rope jumping yesterday and after waking up this morning it still hurts and my right knee joints are a little sore too. Just wondering if this is normal. On a happy note today is day 4!!
