Good Friday ladies I hope you are all having a great morning. I went over on my cals again klast night and did not get in a workout but I am just struggling right now. I want to get a new workout dvd today but would like some suggestions, I want another Biggest loser one. Hope you all have a great healthy weekend.:drinker:

Morning workout
Is it better to workout in the morning Vs the evening. My DH says it is better to workout in the morning because it causes you to burn more calories all day. My DH has never had to lose weigh tin his life. (he is 5 11 and 125 lbs). :grumble: what do you guys think?

Left over calories
I know I need to eat all my workout calories,but how many calories would you guys think is ok to leave uneaten. Elliptical users
I am wondering if anyone else has this problem. When I use my elliptical my toes start to tingle and my feet hurt and go numb. I do not know if it is my posture of if this happens to anyone else? Could it be my posture ? Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong.

I did Good
The company across the street is offering us a free fat filled lunch today because they have a NASCAR car at there shop. I DID NOT GO. I ate the lunch I brought. My lunch was only 300 calories and I know what everone else in the office is going to eat is going to be way more than that. Plus they will feel tired after all…

I feel like such a cow after last night
I fell way off the wagon yesterday. I did my normal breakfast and lunch yesterday but when it came to dinner I made an old favorite and ate toooooo much. Small victory for me
I had a small victory for me today, but it makes me feel like I am getting better at not eating just because there is free food here. My first 2 pounds
It may not seem like much but I have lost my first two pounds. I am so proud of my self:tongue: . I just hope I can keep it up. Tonight I start the 30 day shred. I'm a little nervous about it, but you guys have said you have seen results so I want to do it too.

Bloating after a workout
i did my workout last night and woke up today so bloated it hurts. My fat jeans are tight on me. Does anyone else have this problem and what can i do about it. I am on my period but normally not this bloated this late into it. doees anyone else have this problem. I could use some help and advise/encouragment.
