break your plateau. I have been stuck at 169 for weeks. I am wondering how you broke your plateau, I am looking for tips and ideas to try to start to lose again. How did you do it.:drinker:

Have you switched up your exercise routines? Sometimes your body gets used to the way your going and you need to switch things up. I have heard (don't know if it works) to take a day or two break and then start a new work out routine and diet plan.
Hope you find something to help because I know how discouraging not loosing anything can be.

I actually started eating more. It worked for me twice. I got stuck at 143 and again at 137. I went from losing two pounds a week to one and then losing one pound a week to 1/2 which is where I am at now and still losing consistently. I say up your calories for a couple of weeks and see what works for you.0
