Bloating after a workout

i did my workout last night and woke up today so bloated it hurts. My fat jeans are tight on me. Does anyone else have this problem and what can i do about it. I am on my period but normally not this bloated this late into it. doees anyone else have this problem. I could use some help and advise/encouragment.

Drink lots of water is all I can think of. I know my aerobics instructor is always telling us that when we exercise our bodies are releasing bad toxons. So we need to flush them out by drinking lots. Well something like that anyways. I'm not sure if the term she used was bad toxons or not, but you get the point. :flowerforyou:0

Oh and good luck and just don't stop. I am certain that if you keep going and after TOM leaves town you will feel better0
