30 Day shred

Ok be honest with me. Those of you that have done the 30 day shred have you seen good results? I want to try it but I want to hear from you first. Also how do you log it into your exercise diary? Please help I have been on MFP for just over a week an di don't think I have lost anything:ohwell:

I bought it and have done it twice. It kicks my butt, although it's disappointing it's only a 20 minute video. I usually do some other cardio the days I do the video.0

I've been doing the 30 Day Shred for about a week, and I really love it so far. I love that it's only 20-25 minutes, but I still work up a sweat. I'm still doing level 1, but will bump up to level 2 this weekend. I already feel some toning, especially in my arms and abs. This has been the majority of my exercise (some days I add about 30 minutes of walking too), and I've lost 2 pounds on it after sitting at the same weight for a few weeks. If you push yourself at it, you can see great results.
I log it as circuit training.0 -
I just started using MFP yesterday because I was not losing lbs., and was working out 4 days a week. I have been doing the 30 Day shred, plus another cardio workout, or walk on the treadmill. I have really lost inches doing the 30 day shred plus adding the other 25 min. of cardio. I feel that what I am eating is hindering my weight loss. I recommend taking a good look at all the calories that you eat. I was surprised after journaling yesterday how the calories quickly added up! Now the challenge: we are headed into the weekend, where I usually blow it!0

Thank you all I think I will give it a try. I am with adlow I need to watch what I eat more. Hopefully this will be the kick in the butt I need0

I have been doing it for almost a month and I love it! I only do it 3 times a week and my other 3 workout days I do Wii's My Fitness Coach.
I have definitely seen a difference in my abs, legs, shoulders and hips. In less than a month, I've seen my little love handles go away, and my dh has commented that my legs look thinner, too!0 -
I just orderd it yesterday. I am excited (scared too! Sounds like a killer workout!) to begin using it. I would love to lose the muffin top! I am glad to see so many people like it.0

I have done it once and itis good workout.
I have comcast cable and there is some videos on there I might do that one again tommorrow morning when I get up0 -
Well i orderd the shred video and actually bought my fitness coach for wii im excited to start them both although think its easier to take the classes at the gym. But we shall see. Glad to see people are seeing benefits from these. Happy living!0
